Refund Policy

ClashMasters runs skill-based 1v1 contests for real money. Once a contest has been played and a top player has been verified through the Clash Royale battlelog, the result is final. The cases below describe when entry fees are refunded, when they are not, and how withdrawals are handled.

Refunded in full

  • Cancelled before match. If you cancel a contest from the lobby before an opponent is matched, no fee is debited. (Entry fees are debited only at the moment two players are paired.)
  • Match timed out. If we cannot verify a Friendly Battle result within the verification window — for example because one player did not play, or the Clash Royale API was unavailable — both players' entry fees are refunded in full.
  • Draw. If the Friendly Battle ends with both players on equal crowns, the contest is treated as a draw and both players' entry fees are refunded in full.
  • Platform error. If a contest cannot be completed because of an issue on our side (matchmaking error, billing error, ledger error, etc.), entry fees are refunded in full.

Not refundable

  • Completed contests with a verified top player. Once the Clash Royale API confirms the result of the Friendly Battle, the prize money is paid to the top player and the result is final. Losing a contest of skill is not grounds for a refund.
  • Account ineligibility discovered after play. If you played in violation of these terms (e.g. multi-accounting, collusion, age), balances obtained through such play may be forfeit and are not refundable.

Refund timing

Refunds are credited to your ClashMasters wallet automatically as soon as the refund condition is detected — usually within seconds. Wallet balances can be withdrawn to your verified UPI ID at any time via the Withdraw page, subject to standard banking processing times.

Deposits

Money you have added to your wallet but not yet used in a contest is refundable on request. Send a refund request from the email address on your ClashMasters account to connect@cm.ktechpit.com with the deposit reference. Refunds are returned via the original payment method where possible, otherwise to your verified UPI ID.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed manually within 1–3 business days. If a withdrawal cannot be processed (invalid UPI ID, banking failure, KYC issue), the requested amount is returned to your ClashMasters wallet — you are not charged for the failed attempt.
